Note that this takes an optional 1st positional parameter that replaces the wording in the visible bar and therefore this template is used in other sections aside from just "Related Terms". Example for an "Etymology" (for "Related terms" replace {{cog}} with {{l}}) section:

 * {{cog|de|Blah}}
 * {{cog|nl|blah}}
 {{rel-bottom}}

The above code produces:

• Холандски blah
