Usage

Four parameters are required:

1. Language name
2. Entry created from
3. Created year (subst:CURRENTYEAR)
4. Created month (subst:CURRENTMONTHNAME)
5. Language code, if entry in FL wikt

This template should only be added by Tbot, it should be removed by anyone who has checked and minimally completed an entry.
